Vector Galvashield SM-DAS

Galvashield SM-DAS is a surface mounted distributed anode system designed to provide corrosion control or cathodic protection to steel reinforced concrete structures.
Galvashield® SM-DAS anodes consist of a heat and UV-resistant PVC tray that contains a high purity zinc core surrounded by alkali-activating mortar.
Once installed, the zinc anode corrodes to protect the nearby embedded reinforcing steel.
The product has a typical life exptantcy of 20-40 years and is easy to instal with minimal training and no specialised equipment.
